Note: If you change your email address, you will also need to
update your user profile directly on the Health Affairs site.
If the subscriber above is different than the person setting up the account, please provide the first name, last name and email address of the person to receive correspondence regarding the subscription.
For your convenience, all subscriptions are set up to automatically renew until you notify us to stop.
At the end of your term, Health Affairs will notify you of the current renewal rate. If you take no action, your credit/debit card will be automatically charged that rate. If your card cannot be charged, we will send you an invoice. You may change your auto-renewal preferences at any time on your Autorenew Preference page, or by contacting customer service at 1-866-271-8529 (U.S.) or 1-847-513-6133 (Non-U.S.) or healthaffairs@omeda.com.
Residents of Vermont and two (2) year subscriptions are not eligible for automatic renewal.
No refund will be made once the first issue of a journal subscription has been served, either in print or electronic format for institutional and custom subscriptions.
We reserve the right to change the number of issues in a subscription term, or change formats.
