Automatic Renewal 


For your convenience, all subscriptions are set up to automatically renew until you notify us to stop. At the end of your term, Health Affairs will notify you of the current renewal rate. If you take no action, your credit/debit card will be automatically charged that rate. If your card cannot be charged, we will send you an invoice. You may change your auto-renewal preferences at any time on your Autorenew Preference page, or by contacting customer service at 1-866-271-8529 (U.S.) or 1-847-513-6133 (Non-U.S.) or healthaffairs@omeda.com.

Residents of Vermont and two (2) year subscriptions are not eligible for automatic renewal.

No refunds for cancellations made three months after the subscription start date. Qualifying cancellations will receive a refund for unserved issues.

We reserve the right to change the number of issues in a subscription term, or change formats.
